Ok so I know there's heaps of threads already dedicated to this subject but I still can't find the info that Im looking for.

Basically I want to go interrailing with two friends at the end of July. It will be our 'Leaving cert holiday' and we may have to miss the debs for it so we want to make it good.

So what I'm looking for from you guys is a list of places that you found were cheap and cheerful!

We would love to go to Italy for a few days but I know that it is one of the more expensive destenations so again if anyone knows of anywere in Italy that is cheap and cheerful please let me know.

We would be expecting to visit at least 4 different countries in the two weeks. Is this reaslistic?

    Thanks!

youll have loads of time for 4 countries in 2 weeks. we did like 8 countrires in 4.
If I were you id go for at least 3 weeks

Prague has really cheap beer if thats what you looking for. krakow is pretty cheap aswell. But most of the places that you'll be going interrailing wont be that terribly cheap.

Ive been all over Europe and the best place I have been, by far, has been Berlin. Highly recommend it. Eastern Europe wise, Prague, Krakow and Budapest are all worth a visit.

You should go for longer than 2 weeks though.
