Should the long term unemployed be given "living" vouchers instead of cash?

Not all the employed milk the system, but if the long term ones who have no intention of seeking work, should they be issued food/electricity/rent etc voucher credits?

Should this also apply to Fathers who have large families, but don't work, but just draw benefits?

If they want life’s luxuries (smoking, beer etc), then they will have to find work.

Let's cut strips of skin off their backs and sell them to tanners, after all it's not like they're people!

    God. These threads.
