    Hi,

I have an interview during lunch time on Wednesday. The interview is scheduled for 2pm in Upper Abbey Street. I will be driving into town. I have a valid parking permit with DublinCity council for on-street parking and I was wondering would it be hard to find parking in the vicinity of Upper Abbey Street on Wednesday afternoon

If I were you, don't drive.

If you have to drive, then go to a multistory.

The last thing you want is the stress of looking for parking. On any given day, you will have no problem getting parking, or you could drive around for 30 minutes and end up somewhere down by the Point Depot and running to your interview.

Maybe I am getting the wrong end of the stick but the fact that you have a valid parking disc for DCC doesn't entitle you to park just anywhere unless it is a wheelchair disc:confused:

Anyway, if I am thinking correctly where you are going to for your interview then the LUAS stops literally at the front door of the unsaid building:)

In which case do try and get a bus or train in. The fares in and out will be at least as cheap as 2 hours parking in the city centre. The Jervis SC will possibly be the handier car park to use if driving is a must BTW.

Park on Portland Row and walk the 10 minutes.

Parking is free, as safe as anywhere else in the city and will be available.
