I spotted a 2006 seat ibiza advertised for 5950 on carzone, after a quick google search the reg turned up on a recent auction list but has been advertised by the dealer since before the auction.
The price seems reasonable but should I be worried about the auction element?
    Thanks

Maybe the dealer wants shot of the car and tried putting it through an auction. Nothing wrong with that. If the dealer still has it after the suction try offering something really low. If he's desperate to sell you might bag a bargain

I think I'll take a look at it anyway, with any luck you're right and I can drive a hard bargain.:)

Either that or he bought it in the auction and now is trying to turn it over for a few quid. OP make sure you get a written warranty and you should be fine.
