Anyone ever use this? Any feedback on it? It seems a bit gimmicky but with recent ITB strain I was wondering if it was worth using something like this..

It does seem incredibly gimmicky (its a stick ffs) but its actually held in pretty high regard and a lot of people who use it swear by it. Have never even seen one myself but a lot of people on the runnersworld forum have great things to say about it.

Wouldnt mind giving it a try myself.

I bought one at the London Marathon expo last year and find it great for working knots out of tight muscles. Wouldn't be without it now.

we have one. Mr HM is a sucker for any kind of gizmo. Luckily he has enough injuries to justtify most of them. TBH, I can't see if doing anything the old fashioned rolling pin method can't.
