May be, somebody would be interested:

    Second Eastern European Business Forum

Dublin Institute of Technology in association with IREC are pleased to announce 2nd Eastern European Business Forum and Exhibition in Republic of Ireland which will be held in DIT, Aungier Street, on the 7th of February 2009, with expected attendance of about 150 people. The Forum is irganised by Eastern European community, but you do not have to be Eastern European to attend.

The main objective is to demonstrate to the entrepreneurs on how they can avail of support, training, information, advice, funding, etc. It is our intention that the Forum will ultimately serve the general purpose of better integrating the Eastern European community into Irish society.

Feedback from the first Forum (12 April 2008) confirmed that it was a great success and we received a lot of requests to run the Forum again this year. You can find all information on the last Forum, presentations and register for the upcoming forum on http://www.eebfex.com

This second Forum will be mainly about “Growing Your Business”. It will involve three seminars on the topics that, based on the feedback received after the first Forum, are of interest for the participants: basics of taxation and accounting; writing a good business plan; how to finance business development.

It is not for profit event. It is not just a seminar. It is whole day forum that will include 3 seminars in the morning (see topics in the main post). Then lunch at 1 - 1:30 (provided by organisers). After that there will be time for networking and several short presentations (on the the topics of interest according to feedback from the first Forum). Admission is not free, it is 20 euro as there are overhead expenses to be covered. Anyway, you can get all information on www.eebfex.com
