after opening up the bottle of paulaner that'd been sitting in the corner for god knows how long i tasted it and it was light struck. it's my fault for leaving it out in the open, but if you get light struck beer from the offie or in a pub are you just out of luck?

Its would be strange for something like paulaner as its in a brown bottle and has very little hop acid to react, but not impossible. I would doubt that many would know what light struck smelled like or what causes it, but you could argue its not fir for purpose
