    is there anywhere i can go to get the price (regionally) of agri land.
    Auctioneers windows at this moment in time is useless and talking to them is a waste of time.

    8-12k with average or poor land being less if you have acres under disadvantaged status would this impact the price?

    The Journal is uaually a good indicator, with some prices also in Tuesdays edition of the Irish Indepedent. CPO land (on the M9 in Kildare) was reacing 100K per acre (2007-2008) but that day seems to be gone.
    No-one is selling these days though, the slump has hit everyone!

    Remember: The wetter the cheaper......;)
