Anyone had any problems with orders taking a while on CRC lately? Ordered a load of stuff on Tuesday and it's still showing as processing. The money came off my credit card on Thursday, so it's definitely gone through.

    ....?

I thought that might be it, but I ordered a set of wheels and qualified for the free 24hour shipping they offer. All of my old orders changed from processing to posted via whatever way they were.

Maybe I'll get it tomorrow! :pac:

I have had stuff stuck on processing even after I actually got it.

I think it's due to the sale - I've had three separate orders since after Christmas and they] all showed 'processing' for a few days. The first and second each arrived within 5 working days of ordering so I wasn't too bothered as I saved a bundle in the sale smile.gif

I ordered somr stuff this time last week.just some odss and ends and all the stuff was 'in stock'.Now with crc anytime I have used them they wer V quick.By Thurs the order was still at processing.Dropped sales a quick e-mail and got a reply from a girl called Caroline and said the stuff was on its wayand apologised for the delay.
I think they must be understaffed or maybe justed snowed under with orders to "The South" with the recent good exchange rate.
Or maybe they were too fast in the first place!!!!!!!
I mean I was sending an e-mail 3 days wondering where my stuff was....!!!!!!
If only every other retailer was as good as them......sigh.

I always get my stuff within 2 days (I am even further away in Waterford). I ordered a seatpost last Wednesday at 5pm. I had it at 10am on Friday morning.

Heard from them today-they didn't say why, but there was a delay and my stuff was only sent out this afternoon. Prompt reply and sorted it out as quickly so I can't complain. Fair play to them.

Other bits I ordered from Ebay arrived today (ordered them a day after CRC!), so I will have some fun tomorrow and wednesday and hopefully the bike will feel brand new!

I also just noticed that the braking surface on my front wheel has quite a deep groove in it:eek: The new wheels are definitely due!
