Win Explorer keeps crashing....

    I have a pretty new laptop running on vista, bought with about 6 months now.
    Recently though Windows explorer has started to crash. its strange, i can work away with whatever window i have open but just cant use the start bar to move to anything else. after a while it gives me the option to restart it which i do and it works away fine again.
    i'm just wondering is it anything that i should worry about or is it just a problem with vista that happens and that thers no need to worry about??
