That's sad. Used to love him (and especially Morph and Chaz!) when I was a kid.

I loved Vision On and Take Hart. Tony had great patience and was a fantastic teacher. RIP.

RIP Tony, I remember him well. I bought 'The Morph Files' dvd for my son last year, he loved it.

:( I loved his shows when I was a kid.

He also had a great name for playing charades....touch your toe, your knee and put your hand over your heart and you'd have his name spelled out... toe-knee-heart (geddit!)

    RIP Tony Hart.

I'm sorry, but I can't get the mental image out of my mind of his coffin being lowered into the grave to the sound of the Left Bank Two song.

sad news.I sent many pictures to take hart, never saw one on screen tho'. it seems the retro business is the business to be in. I'd buy take hart dvd's in a second if there were any. seeing the kids watching bosco on DVD never ceases to amaze me..nick junior classics is a big hit in ours too(yes me n'all!). tv is just rubbish today, morph probably wouldn't be allowed because he might offend or misrepresent somebody..I definitely believe my generation saw the best tv and its thanks to men like tony hart..
