Elegant John Bathrooms - Do they still exist?

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if Elegant John are still in operation, they were a bathroom supplier who used be based along the North Wall?

    We had a bathroom cabinet on order and had paid most of it off and I'm beginning to worry we might be encountering an all too common tale of a company disappearing and leaving customers in the lurch.

    They were planning to move from the North Wall to High St, Dublin 8; however, I would have expected that their number or email address would remain the same. They have definitely moved from the North Wall, but we are having no luck in reaching them and any attempts to the contact info below are returning a blank; for example, the phone number does not even dial.

    I looked them up on the Companies Registrar and the last accounts were filed in 2007. 11850 have them as being based in Dublin 24, but again this just does not ring.

    Any ideas or contacts greatly appreciated,

    Elegant John broke away from the original company in Rialto, and they still exist. http://www.arconbathrooms.com/plumbing.htm

    Your out of luck used to work there went into liquidationat the of november 2008.

    Would'nt bother, was at liquidators meeting no money for anyone not even staff, most owed a months salary if you paid by credit card you might be able to get your money back!

    Jeez, sorry to hear that and hope things have worked out for the best.

    Think we switched card companies, so not sure if we could file a Chargeback, but will follow it up.

    Just read an article yesterday in the Malahide Gazette. Elegant John is under new management and are now based in metropoint business park, swords road. Between airside and the coachmans inn. Passed them today
