Ebay seller not completing auction

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to my next move. I won an auction back on 19th December on ebay.ie where the listing had collection in person only as a condition.
I emailed the seller immediately on the auction finishing to advise that I would collect and pay in cash, they said that they had several shops where it could be collected from but would need to get the item from their warehouse to the shop. I wasn't in too much of a hurry to chase them up as it was Christmas and assumed that they may have been closed or whatever. I phoned the numbers provided several times, the landline was diverting to mobile voicemail which was full. I then emailed(again through the ebay facility) on Dec 31st to advise that I couldn't contact them on the phone, no reply. Then on January 7th I emailed them yet again as they had given me positive feedback despite the transaction not completing! I was letting them know that I was still waiting on the address of the shop to collect from and when I could go. I also asked if they could reissue me the invoice with the facility to pay for a delivery charge as well as the item cost which went unanswered. Finally on Jan 16th I emailed them again with:
Hi, given that this weekend it has been 1 month since this auction finished and I have attempted to contact you on the phone and through this medium on several occasions, I am going to report it to ebay to protect my own feedback. I have been available to collect in ****** since my original phone conversation on December 19th and still awaited the location. I have also given you the option of shipping to me but haven't had an amended invoice to allow me to pay via paypal. I can collect this item on Friday or Saturday in ***** but in the absence of this then I will negative feedback and use the machinery that ebay has in place.
    Thanks.

On Friday morning then I got this response,

We sent you several reminders since wining the auction. as the auction remained unpaid, we relisted the goods and they were subsequently sold. Im sorry for any inconvenience. In the event of negative fedback we will have to submit a unpaid item strike against you. Many thanks, ****

There was 1 reminder to let me know that the shop I was to collect in was closed until Jan 5th and I can't see any record of them relisting on their ebay account. I have never dealt with a new ebay user without feedback before and the first time that I do, I run into this issue. Anyone any advice on this? I don't want to let it drop and yet I don't want to affect my 100% 300 trade feedback.

Since they've already left feedback for you, they can do no more. They could start a non paying bidder complaint against you, but since you have all the contact through eBay, and the message from them telling you that you could collect in the shop, I doubt they'll get very far with it.

You should report them for "Seller non-performance", and give as much detail as you can. That will also help to protect you in the event that they make a complaint against you.

When all that's done, leave negative feedback for them, sticking to the facts.

Yep be clear and not OTT so people reading will not think that you are the nutcase!

My neg feedback seemed to have made a dent in his sales, he had a lot more transactions per month before I left neg

Thanks for the advice people, filled in my ebay complaint details and left the negative feedback. They had a little neutral feedback as it was do I am watching carefully now to see how it affects their sales. Thanks again.
