I normally get this every so often, but this bout seems particularly excruciating.

Neurofen Plus is making no difference, an anti-inflammatory gel Oravair is, but only a little.

Anyone else got other suggestions ?

Find out whats causing it is usually the best solution. Is it sciatica? Do you drive and have a soft seat which offers little or no support to lower back? Is you fav chair in front of the telly collapsing under you?

Back pain could be something serious, or something quite minor but only a Dr. or Physio will be able to diagnose that.

    Go see someone ;)
