    Not a chance.

Its the first question they ask you when you go in for the interview.

What year you are in and do you intend to return in September.

What way would my brother be in? He had to repeat half a year in college, so he's finished now untill next september. He is looking for work bus cant get anything, like everyone else. Would he be entitled to state benefits because he is no longer a student (well untill Sept) and is not on proper college holidays?

You have to be seeking "Full Time Employment" to qualify.
As he will be returning to college in September, he wont be
seeking full time employment and doesn't qualify.

Thats ok, thats what i told him but had to double check. No harm, he needs to find the value of money, even if he has to find 5 jobs that'll give him an hour or two a day thats what he'll have to do.
