Motability Ireland in Ashbourne fit them. Or tyr dualcontrols.ie

ISM also do them : http://www.ism.ie/shop/default.asp?shopId=4

€350 just for supply or €600 to supply and fit.

I assume that service to any instuctor (not just ISM) but I could be wrong.
