Cubase users, Lads need Help!! program stuck in 48k mode?!!! (REALLY ANNOYING!)

    Ok,

    Im running Cubase Sx3.1.1 with an RME Multiface 2 with PCIe Cardbus on a 4 gig, Dual Core Laptop PC running Vista.

    Problem is everytime i open a new project in Sx3 it automatically goes back to 48k mode?!!! Every god dam time!


    I've installed the newest drivers for the RME Multiface 2, I've tried the Multiface 2 in Master and Slave mode. i've disabled all other soundcards and headphone outs devices, and enabled the RME as my sole soundcard and still no luck!

    Im geussing theres something up with Cubase, because i can get 96k on Reason4, Soundforge,Tracktor and window media player with a touch of a button (literally!)


    Please help me!! :confused:

    If you mean going to Device Setup/ Vst Audiobay / click on Control Panel / and it brings me into / Hamerfall Audio DSP Settings , but there is no option to change the System Clock for 48k to 96. Theres only an option to Change for Salve mode to master mode.

    cubase doesnt let you change when in a project. you need to exit and then change from your interface software.

    also make sure that project start up options are preset to 41 in cubase preferances.
