    How do i set my ringtone to one i have on my iPod part of the phone?
    Its wrecking my head thanks.. :D

    Google around and you'll find a answer, there's a few threads on here about this as well to be honest. I know if you're on a Mac you can use GarageBand to save a 40 second loop and use that as your tone and their are Windows ways of doing this but i'm afraid I can't find that for you.

    For ringtones you can do it via Itunes, info here

    For SMS rigtones I also did it a while back I think the process was similar to the rigtones but needed to FTP to the phone so needed to be Jailbreak. Might be another way but best is check Google.
