Hi my laptop with windows vista that can barely start up unless its in safe mode before i see the blue screen of death.everytime it starts up then it asks do i want windows to check for the problem and when i click ok most times it starts looking but then just dissappears but at least 3 times it said was due to some anti virus installed . when i went into my Mc affee anti virus and tried to update it it tried to do so and then said that i needed to re-install the software and see as i have a valid payed for subscription i figured i should be able to download it again and id rather have to pay for more anti virus than have to put up with this problem so i uninstalled Mc Affee and it made no difference at all and is still crashing .i
i have ran memory tests, i ve done the disk clean up , i went to device manger and cant see any faults.the only other anti virus i have is windows defender and ive checked for updates and it says there are no updates and that there are no problems with software or performance.i have done virus scans and found nothing so why did it say it was a problem caused by my anti virus installed?? does anybody have any idea what i should do?? below i pasted the error report and to me its all jibberish.any help would be greatly appreciated.
