    The game situation wouldn't be as good as in Germany with highly organised hunting syndicates who actively manage their shoots in cooperation with farmers and landowners. From experience I'd say the approach in Ireland is a bit more patchy than in Germany but that shouldn't be a surprise. Having said that all in all the game situation in Ireland isn't too bad at all.

    So what does one need to do? learn how to shoot of course, get a shotgun & licence (how to do that?) get invites?
