Problem with Laptop & TV

    Hi,

    I currently have my laptop connected to a HD ready TV by a HDMi cable.
    Problem is when yo're watching something occasionally a horizontal line appears that travels from top to bottom

    I've got the TV & laptop at the highest refresh rate but it still happens..

    Any advice how to remove this?

    is it a cheap cable ? i have one and its very heavily insulated.
    If its not well insulated it can pick up interferance from electronics etc?
