Sorry Iain, dem Sunday games startat 6pm, the midweek games start at 9pm.
Thanks for that John, yes i most definitely am, I have a €200 freeze-out on 27th/28th March (which you have a ticket for) in this game I will suggest that top 2 take tickets, definitely 1st (i'd expect a first prize of about €7,500 so €4k plus a ticket) I'm also gonna do my league final the week before which will have between €500 & €1,000 added to the prize-pool, this will be a €50+€10 game with 1 rebuy or top up for €30. And a first prize of an Irish Open ticket. Also i'm gonna drum up a bit of interest in 10 man €350 freeze-outs and see how many we get. I'd hope to get 5 or 6 players into the Irish Open this year. Since the price has come down its far more realistic for me.
Are you playing in Redhills today?

The March game starts at 8pm on Friday 27th. €20,000 starting stack, fully dealer dealt, 45 minute blinds for duration of the tournament which will resume at 3pm on the Saturday. Expecting between 100 and 150 runners so between €20k and €30k in prize money with at least 1 IO ticket up for grabs. You're kind of game John...
    P.S. see u later

how many people are you expecting tonight?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 713 ✭✭✭Mr. Wolf

From what i've heard around Monaghan there should be around 30 to 40 local players for the opening night. The inclement conditions will keep a lot of the Cavan based players away and if you even dream of driving from Longford in that weather I will be really pissed, u crazy bastid!
Seriously tho, I drove into town today and got my van stuck, don't travel unless you have to!!! (You're position on top of the league will remain secure for at least another night buddy)

We had 31 players in The 4 Seasons in Monaghan on Tuesday, expecting 40 plus when we're back there in 2 weeks with some better weather conditions.
I'm expecting 50 plus runners on Friday night in The Goalpost in Arva when we kick off our Brucepoker League.
Also Sundays game in the Lakeside Manor, Virginia (€70 freeze-out, $15k starting stack and 25 minute blinds) usually gets 70 to 80 runners.

We had 24 players last night in the Slieve Rossa, Cavan Town, expecting more than that tonight in Kangleys of Bailieboro.
The Brucepoker.com League starts in the Goalpost in Arva tomorrow night and we are expecting at least 50 players there for the opening game. We had 41 players last week and 38 the week before so there should be nice brucepoker points up for grabs here...

Total prizepool (including scalps worth €250) was €2,610. I'm to tired to post all the final table details now but will do so tomorrow.
