    HI,

    Just looking for guidline pricing.

    Buying a timber frame house but want to do all the carpentry, 1st and 2nd fix electrical and 2nd fix plumbing ourselfs but want to know how much i "should" be saving if i did.

    A also all materials will be bought through tradesmen.

    no the house is being erected by a builder, basicly all we want is the walls and a roof an windows etc but Kitchen, doors, floors, fixings, 1st and 2nd fix electrical work and 2nd fix plumbing done by family friends instead of the construction group. Weve gotten the go ahead to this already but were only being allowed 12,750 off the finaly price off the house and i think were being shafted.

    If you have any info of pricing or things to look out for id be much appreciated.
