Sky+ planner mixing up program synopsis

Sometimes when i press the i button in the planner to see what a show is about, it shows the synopsis for a different program in the planner. Does anyone else experience the same? It can be quite annoying when i can't see what episode number a show is etc. :( Any way to fix it?

Happens quite often to me, especially the longer the programme has been in the planner.

Happens to me too, more often than I'd like. Not sure if it is deleting channels or what, that's causing it.
