    Hi all,
I am looking for a basic easy to use Handset for an older relative.
Something like the old Nokia 3310 with few buttons and few complicated menus. Big buttons would be an advantage.
    Any tips?

    Nokia 3110c.
Big buttons, big text, simple to use.

Nokia 6151. Its idea for an older or unfamiliar phone user. Has the basics and ooks well. The buttons are good size, and the font can be made large.

need one of those for my gran but she'd need a sim free one as she lives abroad. They're bloody expensive as well!

Possibly a bit late for you! but I picked up a Emporia Life Plus for my Dad today on an O2 speak easy upgrade and tried my Vodafone sim in it and it worked fine so they don't seem to be locked and isn't branded.

Got it in an O2 shop which have a 7 day return policy so if you don't like it (or it's locked) you can leave it back;)
