Im living in a new development that has a NTL Tv point in every room
The main cable goes into a panel in the hall which also houses phone line and pc points.

I want to switch to Sky but concerned how they will chase cables etc...
The dish will have to go out back on the third floor and i would like a multi room sub..

I suppose im asking will Sky be able to chase the cable from the dish to the control panel in the hall....

There are two issues with this. Sky will not have ladders/equipment to go to 3rd floor and they will definitely not chase cables in walls. It may be possible though to use the existing cable.

I have a large terrace on the third floor, so access shouldn't be a problem.

It would be great if they could use the existing cable.

No problem, really depends on the time factor as sky guys are badly paid so tend to shy away from jobs which take more time.
