Travelling with court summons

    Hi everyone,
I'm travelling to America next week to play a few concerts, and I have a horrible niggling feeling in the back of my mind. The problem is, I have a court summons hanging over me for having no road tax. (This wasn't my fault, and the garda who prosecuted me told me he'll strike it out of court if I remind him to in March).
I just worried that when I get to immigration, they'll have a problem with it! Everyone is telling me 'ah no, it'll be fine, you're travelling with a big group, and you have a return ticket' but I'm wondering is there anyone out there who has been in my situation? And was everything ok?
    Thanks in advance!

If you haven't been convicted of anything, then you should be fine.
