Problems with Bullguard - help please...

    i never had any problems with BUllguard when I used the free trial. but a few days after i purchased the full version its stopped working. when i click on the icon a little box comoes up with an examation point (!) in it and nothing else. the programme won't run at all.

    at the same time my firewalls got turned off and i cannot turn them back on, even when i try to do it manually.

    and finally, at the same time, my computer won't allow me to open my internet connection (three) programme. when i click on the icon nothing happens. ive tried removing and reinstalling the data card application but it still wont work.

    for all of the above, when i have the task manager window open it doesn't register that anything is happening.

    any help will be apreciated. i need to get this sorted asap.

    3 and bullguard are a disaster, you are allways going to have problems..

    Remove bullguard from your pc completly, suggest you use avg free or something like that...

    Go to windows > start > control panel > remove programs or features > highlight bullguard > hit uninstall....problem solved....

    I feckin hate bullguard, it's utter dirt:mad:

    I can't stress this enough, there is nothing wrong with your 3 modem or software, it's bullguard, don't even bother trying to fix it just get rid of it..

    this hasn't worked. still can't turn on firewalls. any suggestions?

    Is this a new computer, Vista? Check in add remove programs for any more antivrus software, if there is any remove them, Remove the modem also uninstall the modem software completley...Restart, let everthing load up and plug the modem in again in a different port.....

    try and sort out the firewall before before loading on the modem software again....

    what firewall have you installed?, if you have one and it's running you can tell windows that you are monitoring it with your own software (this should stop windows deault firewall from blocking any connections)..

    you can get free basic anti virus from avg here http://free.avg.com/download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition . You can use windows firewall for your firewall it's also free... avg free dosen't have one included...

    if none of the above work there's only one last thing to try to get it to work....i'll explain if it fails...
