    Hey folks,

I have offically rented my house starting the end of this month, agreed monthly rent etc though havent a clue what to do next as its my first time.

    All I know is

    a) I have to register as a landlord.

    and

    b) I have to get a lease agreement together.

Could anyone by any chance shed some light on how I actually go about doing this and if I am missing something or possible in my case lots of things!?.

Appreciate any info guys, thank you.
