    Hey there guys, just wondering what your experiences are with this company, I ordered last Thursday and my order has been in the "picking stage" since then.

    Anybody else had delays like this when dealing with them?

    They usually pick and ship within two days of ordering, if I were you I'd hop on to their live support and ask what the delay is...I know they're seriously bogged down since the whole xmas rush thing so that may be slowing things down for them

    I've used them and recommended them to family and friends numerous times. Never encountered any bother. Phone them if you're having no joy with email.

    I saw on the S9 thread that others are having problems as well, just wanted to let everyone know that I got an email back in which they said they're having trouble with Royal Mail orders at the moment (which is strange because I'm pretty sure I selected DHL delivery) anyway they said the order will be shipped by the end of the week.

    Turns out I have normal delivery actually so it's a valid excuse.
