Minolta Dimage Scan Elite 5400 - Need Urgent Help!!

    I've installed a Minolta DiMage elite 5400 and I'm getting the following error message
    Error = 4
    could not confirm scanner connection. Please check scanner connection.

    I've checked everything but no luck. It seems to be connected properly and installed correctly. Can anyone help??:confused:
