    It looks fairly cool either way. If they make it impossible to cross the road (barriers etc.) and put things up there (shops etc.) then I see no reason it should work. Though, we do hate rules here so maybe not.

    it looks pretty....but maybe impractical, it there a station uderground or does this small area cater for the proposed 100k people...what if they want to add a connector in the future...

    There is no station underground.

    What 100k people are you talking about? The future Swords population? There will be six metro stops catering for the Swords area (Belinstown, Lissenhall, Estuary, Seatown, Swords (above) and Fosterstown).
