    What is a ATT tank i was looking at the plans of a housing development earlier on today and i saw this on it small green area.

    Attenuation tank most likely.

    In heavy/prolonged showers it holds excess rainwater draining from the hardstanding areas and regulates the flow out so as to reduce the risk of flooding.
