Just working on my CV and wondering does anyone do this, or would it just come across as paranoid?

It would come across as paranoid.

Employers are receiving so many CVs at the moment you want to do everything possible to stop your CV being put in the rejection pile.

    Just my opinion, of course.

No, you are supposed to be selling yourself In your CV and your most recent company/position is an important factor in the selection process.

Does this mean that if you where to get an interview that you wouldn't talk about your current job?
