    Hi,
As the title says, our internal walls have been skim coat plastered and have been drying for a couple of weeks now,
I was just wondering what is the timeable for the rest of the work?
In what order should the following happen?
    Plumbing first fix,
    Electrics
    Paint
    Heating turned on
    Tiling
    Kitchen Fitted
    Oil boiler
    Sceptic tank
    Skirtings and Archatrives, and doors
    Footpath around the house
Im sure ive left out a few things

    Thanks

    Thanks for that reply,
It puts a bit of order to all the madness
Ya first fix electrics is done,
What did you mean by floors and insulation?
We have pumped the walls and dry lined the inside of external walls, and we have concrete floors upstairs so does insulation and floors still apply?
    Thanks again

i assume the plumbing first fix was done prior to walls being skimmed. The order looks good

    Hi Ashfield
    1. Plumbing first fix
    2. Insulation & floors??Should Insulation not be in at this stage. If not I'd be looking at ways of keeping the house warm for drying out
    3. Electrical second fix (I presume you have first fix done Plugs sockets etc )
    4. Oil Boiler get heat on
    5. Outside drainage/sewer work septic tank
    6. Foot paths
    7. Plumbing second fix
    8. Fireplaces
    9. painting
    10. Tiling
    11. Kitchen
    12. Doors / floors carpentry second fix
    13. Stairs Should stairs not be in before flooring/tiling
