Due to last year great succes. We restarting the saturday morning (17th Jan)Lameco Eskrima classes again for 2009 in Fitness Dock Gym on Camden street. The style of Lameco we practise, was develop by Guru Felix Valencia, who will be coming back to Ireland this summer. Training will cover Stick, Knife and empty hands and…

Due to last year great succes. We restarting the saturday morning (17th Jan)Lameco Eskrima classes again for 2009 in Fitness Dock Gym on Camden street. The style of Lameco we practise, was develop by Guru Felix Valencia, who will be coming back to Ireland this summer. Training will cover Stick, Knife and empty hands and the classes are open to all.
