Aspiring Female songwriter and singer is seeking a Bassist and Lead Guitarist. Attracting Media Attention and will have album done hopefully by Febuary. Need to get gigging as soon as possible.

id be very interested in auditioning. ive been playin for about seven years and most of them were spent playing the blues so i reckon id fit right in with your style.

I live in meath but im literally twenty mins from the city centre and i have my own transport so travelling isnt an issue for me.

Good voice, but I think there are lots of other girls who sound similar. I think what will make the difference at the end of the day is power. Whoever gets the diaphragm into it will get signed. Best of luck.

Hey now... Im a singer myself and i dare to disagree...

I think Donna Has a Fabulous voice, & a lovely tone (go Donna!)
And i prefer singers who are versatile enough to either sing with power (if they wish) or be very delicate (when they choose).

Donna your great and sound fab... Best a luck in your search

There are lots of very erethrial singers who do well. Enya aint known for blowing amps...:o

I agree with you. She has a great voice. But so do many other people. In my opinion, a good strong and powerful voice will give you the edge over the rest, that's all. You're right, good dynamic range is important. One should just make sure they have it. In the highly competitive world of music, the person with that extra something will stand out.

Your not completely correct. you haven't signed every artist in the world so you cant make a statement like that.

ah god thanks so much "all the stars" , no honestly that was very nice of you to even comment. Everyones entitled to their opinions and homer im not out there to please everyone but Im not looking to get slated or praises on this site I just want a bass player and guitarist.:)

I just like giving my opinion sometimes. What's wrong with that? This section is called 'Bands and Musicians'. I didn't realise opinions are frowned upon here (but then I haven't been here that long). Sure, we can take things or leave them, but the world would be quite boring if people never gave opinions. I don't know why all-the-stars feels so strongly about what I say. I just happen to have heard a lot of young female vocalists (a LOT), and there are certain similarities between their voices. I wasn't attacking or insulting anybody. And I'm not trying to claim this artist DOESN'T have a 'strong' voice. In fact her voice is better than MANY signed artists. All I'm saying is that it's always a good idea to try and put forth something that is generally lacking among other people.

Out of curiosity, what kind of guitarist are you looking for? Are you looking to keeps thing more acoustical based?
