I really hope someone can help me here!! Because I'm loosing my mind!

I can't remember when it started happening, but for as long as I remember pictures are not being displayed in Safari or Firefox on my macbook!!

If I open up a page with pictures they usually come up as the little blue squares with the question mark, and I'd usually have to refresh the page a couple of times for the actual pictures to show up.

It's pissing me off no end, especially when looking up a site like eBay, barely half the items I'm searching for display pictures and even refreshing the page isn't working, sometimes the whole page displays like a picasso!

    Can anyone enlighten me?

According to this thread, it might be a Router or ISP issue (although the last few posters say that it's happening everywhere for them).

Do you use torrents a lot?

Who is your ISP, and what router are you using?

Since it's both of your browsers, this is unlikely - but have you checked your preferences to make sure you haven't selected a text-only view or something?

Does the same thing happen with Opera and Internet Explorer?
