Query - Access Denied?

Apologies if this is the incorrect forum, but I'm having trouble with my 3 Broadband... well I think it's the broadband, but I'm not sure.

I have a personal MacBook, hooked up on 3 mobile Broadband, and the last couple of days when I try to load pages on the internet, I get a blank page with the following error message:
    _________________________________________________

    Access Denied (policy_denied)

Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

    _________________________________________________

Now I'm not sure what this means - since it's not a work/network/firewalled laptop, I don't understand why I get this error message ?? The pages are just normal pages, nothing weird or dodgy?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks
