    Hi guys,

I bought a "Magic Bullet" blender on eBay over Christmas, after unpacking it today and running it with a simple travel adapter the rubber connection between the base and the blade unit overheated, melted a bit and ripped itself apart.

I thought I had misused it, so after running it with the other blade connector I was carefull, but after a few uses the same thing happened. :(

Finally, if far too late, the penny dropped... on the side of the base/motor unit it says "AC 120V, 350W, 60Hz".

So the thing must have been running way too fast.

So I need a voltage transformer of types right? The only thing I've managed to find so far is a huge device. Anybody able to point me in the right direction?

Or is it time to admit my mistake and stop digging a financial hole?! :o

The thing cost me nearly 60euro. I've used it before abroad and it's great when working right!

    Joe
