21st birthday party venue needed - alternative and non-central

    I've had birthday parties in my house for every year since I can't remember so this year I was hoping to go over the top a bit for my 21st.
    Basic ideas include getting about 100 people on a bus, driving for 1 or 2 hours from Dublin to somewhere in the country to a boutique hotel/big house to party all night and get the bus back in the morning.
    Anyone have any ideas??
