Well this never used to happen but in the past 6 months when we get wind the signal just gets very very bad,To a point where the sky box is telling me "There is no satellite signal for this channel",i don't understand why this has only begun happening as we've had sky for 3-4 years, read the other thread but that seems like his picture is still there, mine freezes or i just get the blue screen,Would sky sort out this issue?or is it down to me?

    probably either
trees after growing in the way of satellite signal
    or
    Dish needs realignment

yes its your own equipment that needs fixing!

I having the same problem, have not been able to watch SKY sine yesterday morning ,

Its telling me "no satellite signal is being received " then there is a Technical fault with this station please try again later" Sky sports 1 HD this morning

Only got my SKy installed in August and whenever the weather get any way bad it goes down,

When it came up with no sat signal being received i went into services and checked the signal , it was nearly 75% on both input 1 and 2 ,

Even now the adds are on for and the image on my screen still shows the spurs team in the tunnel, 4 adds in and the image still has not changed !

And there is no trees out my back blocking my signal

signal strength is 75 can you post what strength quality is.

At present strength is about 65 and quality is about 80, but as i have been watching it for the last few minutes they both keep dropping to nearly 0 and sometimes they do !

Input 2 is coming up with not locked and no signal then jumping up to about 70 on both ,

I dont have any trees out the back and there is noting else to block my signal , just went out and checked the dish to see if it has become loose and all seems good.

Strange thing is we have chorus MMDS which is usually rubbish in comparison to SKy but the picture is ok , no break ups

very high winds today, I suggest either dish or lnb has moved slightly.

Dont want to breaking the rules but are you allowed to name and shame company's here ?

Luckily enough sky our out this morning to put my multi room in , it look like i will need a new bracket for it aloso
