    I am at home and hear loud music and noise outside....not sure where it is coming from. Living on Bedford Row and looking out the window, but can't figure it out. Is there some party, festival? :confused:

    The young guy from the X Factor is playing at the Ice Rink in Arthurs Quay, its probably him.
