I was wondering whether there is an Ireland-specific equivalent of services like PLC for precedent documents?

I am after articles of association for private companies.

    Thanks.

Likely to cost you unless you know a very benevolent Commercial Barrister!

I should add that PLC are very good, but the development of Commercial precedents here has been mostly subject to in or around the 13th Edition of the UK precedents, they're now on version 16/17 and in the main contract precedents for example could be used and amended or 'Irish'-ised.
