I was in South Africa and saw albinos all over the place. Maybe 20 in a week having not seen any EVER in my 30 year life in Ireland.

Similar thing with dead bodies in South east Asia. Saw 7 of them in 6 weeks (motorcyclists under cars, washing up on beaches etc) and yet I have never seen a dead body in ireland.

What else should I keep my eye out for?

The over priced fancy shop on Exchequer St opposite the side entrance of Dunnes sell then for ~12€ iirc.

It just comes across arrogant or something when only spoken abroad by people who never speak it here. And most of the time it's pigeon Irish! :pac:

I think arrogant maybe the wrong word but you get me! Condesending...maybe..I dunno!

recently in frankfurt i saw kilkenny beer on tap, i have never seen that in ireland, maybe i am going to the wrong pubs, in another bar they had mini-guinness halfpint glasses, i certainly have never seen them in ireland, guinness and all on the side. when you ask for a glass of guinness in this country they give you one of those glasses you get with a coke or whatever. the mini guinnness half pint glass looked so cool :D

In an Irish bar in America, they had a collection of different types of Guinness, bar the tradition stout bottle, i'd never seen any of them. There was different flavoured Guinness, wheat Guinness, extra strength and Guinness bitter.

Gardaí / Police actually doing something.

In the US, I've seen a cop on a bike, cycle after someone in a car who ran a red light, and catch up to them, then casually knock on the window :D

There are loads of different types of Guinness that are just brewed for foreign markets and never make it to Irish shores! Regular guinness wouldn't be as popular as some of the different types of brews.
