    Hey,

    I booked to go to a place called Auron in France next Month. It's about an hour and a half from Nice. Has anyone been or know anything about the place?

    I'm a complete beginner trying skiing for the first time for what it's worth...

    Never heard of it but just had a quick google.

    Looks ok for beginners.

    Are you assured of English speaking instructors for your group? With a small resort like that they might be few and far between? Maybe give them a call to make sure you can get the lessons in English.

    For anyone interested - Auron turned out to be a great spot. Very quiet après ski wise, but if you're not looking for a mental ski holiday destination this is your place.
