    anyone know of a place where i can get a MRI scan / Neurology test done without the referral of a DOC ?

    or if anyone knows of a DOCTOR that will give referrals?

    willing to pay for aforementioned services.

    Legally you can't get an MRI done without a doctor. They're very complicated anyway, in deciding what type you need , and on trying to interpret them.

    Go to your GP with whatever problem you have.
