Configure nat settings

    hi guys

    Just got a zyxel 6511 router from vodafone i only got it to play on xbox live. Having trouble configuring the nat settings from strict to open does anyone know how to change it thanks.....

    Similar problem here, but with the older Zyxel Prestige 660RU-T1 (wired BT connection).

    Of late, xBox Live keeps giving me the strict NAT message. I have tried port forwarding, fixed IP address, checked it isn't a firewall problem, changed my UpNp settings, and I am running out of ideas... :confused:

    Have you looked at http://portforward.com/ ?
    I was going to link you to a tutorial but I'm not sure about your router model.

    Other than that, can you turn the firewall down to be less restrictive?
    I could definately tell you how to do it if I saw some screenshots.
