apart from going the shipping route, no one is going to be able to get to this. in fact, even if it was on amazon.co.uk itd be the same.

Yeah, but do Amazon.com allow you to send your own courier to pick up the product from their warehouse? Doubt it.

Also - a quote from the thread you mentioned:
