seek for Independent Motor Engineer?

    the insurance company asks me to get independent engineer to examine my car and issue report to make sure it is road worthiness.even the NCT of car is due, new NCT report is useless to them,otherwise my insurance will not cover me
    any more and they wont let my car go back on road.

    the insurance company still needs an independent report from engineer,i am just wondering that what kind of job they will carry out?and where can i find the one let my car pass easily with reasonable price(they said that it might cost 250 euro).

    It depends on what you want, tbh - best thing is to call and get an initial price.

    TBH,i dont know what needs to be checked? that is part of email from my insurance company.

    if you decide to repair your car and wish to keep it on cover with them you will need an engineer’s report after repairs to confirm that the vehicle is roadworthy.please bear in mind that your insurers have requested an engineer’s report on the repaired vehicle as it has been deemed a write off.

    jusr rang the carireland.ie, they gonna charge 150 euro for carrying out that service.
    but i have to pay for it from my pocket,thus anyone knows somewhere is cheaper than it.thank you

    we have used this guy a couple of times... Very good... Reports always excepted by the insurance companies...
